Where I discovered I went wrong with my social media presence

"This video is geared more toward business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals in our group who focus on the strategic and professional side of things.

As many of you know, I've been in this game for over 20 years now. One of the biggest lessons I've learned (and honestly, one I had to re-learn myself) is the critical difference between the vehicle and the destination.

When I was rethinking and building Hemisphere Learning, I was still creating and posting a ton of content on social media — but without fully realizing it, I had started treating metrics like followers, views, likes, and comments as the end goal. They're not. Those are powerful vehicles that can help you reach your true destination — they are not the destination itself.

In this video, I share what I've learned from that realization, how I reset my perspective, and how I've since reframed the real role social media plays in the bigger picture."

This version keeps your original meaning and personal tone while making it more concise, professional, and engaging for a business-minded audience. Feel free to tweak any part if needed!
