inward. That’s the heart of this weekly online gathering. Each Friday, we meet for thirty powerful minutes that blend teaching, conversation, and gentle accountability. I’ll open each session with a focused teaching topic rooted in practical spirituality and spiritual mechanics. From there, we shift into open discussion where everyone can share insights, ask questions, and explore how the teaching lands in their real-world lives.
We wrap each gathering with a simple, doable homework assignment designed to carry the momentum forward into the week. This isn’t about pressure.
